Fabulous foliage – Part III

The paint splashed leaves of Pulmonaria are the perfect foil to the tiny blue/pink flowers that appear in late winter to early spring. Then, after flowering, the foliage comes into its own, brightening up a shady corner in a woodland border.

Leaves are prone to mould, but just shear them off and they’ll bounce back, full of vigour.
