A drop of sunshine, a splash of rain and a touch of TLC and the front garden is beginning to get into its stride.
The red Papaver ‘Beauty of Livermere’ is a stunning poppy, but it jars with the subdued beauty of Papaver ‘Patty’s Plum’, so it’ll be moved out at the end of the season.

Thanks so much. Yes, it’s fennel. Love the softness it brings to the border.
Your front garden is wonderful. I love the fence around it as well.
Thanks. It’s my pride and joy, of course!
